Return & Exchange Policy – Bomo Stores

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

  • Item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • All original accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

  • Bomo Stores reserves the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use or are incomplete.

To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@bomostores.com.
Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions for sending your package

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind, EGP 100 will be deducted from the refund.

  • For returns due to a manufacturing defect, Bomo Stores covers the shipping cost.

  • If the customer refuses delivery and the order is returned, Cash on Delivery (COD) will be disabled for future orders.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email our support team at support@bomostores.com. or call us at +201158515841
You’ll need to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, contact us at support@bomostores.com.
